Ineptitude in the path of an inferno
Through eight weeks of hearings at the Bushfires Royal Commission, few of the issues raised were simple. Stay-or-go policy may be flawed, but evacuation is complex.
With the exception of a little loose-end tying, the Bushfires Royal Commission is now in recess until commissioners present interim report to the Government.
